Canadian Prediction on Obama

Ever wonder why we have to depend on the foreign press to find out what’s “really” going on in our own country.  It’s a good thing that Obama and the democrats don’t own the Canadian press..  Here is what Howard Galganov predicts for Barack Hussein Obama – PLEASE READ:

Barack Hussein Obama:
I Told You So , Yes I Did

By Howard Galganov

Montreal, Quebec,  Canada

When Obama won the Presidency with the help of the LEFTIST Media, Hollywood And Entertainment Liberals, Ethnic Socialists (ACORN), Stupid Non-Business Professionals and Bush Haters, I wrote:  It won’t take six months until the People figure this guy out and realize how horrible a mistake they’ve made.  And when they come to that realization, the damage to the United States of America will be so great it will take a generation or more to repair – IF EVER. Article on Obama

“I have this theory about Barack Obama. I think he’s led a kind of make-believe life in which money was provided and doors were opened because at some point early on somebody or some group took a look at this tall, good looking, half-white, half-black, young man with an exotic African/Muslim name and concluded he could be guided toward a life in politics where his facile speaking skills could even put him in the White House.

In a very real way,he has been a young man in a very big hurry. Who else do you know has written two memoirs before the age of 45? “Dreams of My Father” was published in 1995 when he was only 34 years old. The “Audacity of Hope” followed in 2006. If, indeed, he did write them himself. There are some who think that his mentor and friend, Bill Ayers, a man who calls himself a “communist with a small ‘c’” was the real author. Democrats Political Suicide Pact

By J. Matt Barber

The president recently told Diane Sawyer: Id rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president. Excise the self-aggrandizing really good twaddle and it would seem ol Windy City Barrys well on his way.

In the wake of Democrats historic Massachusetts smack-down, Ive been anxious to see whether Obama would dig in his jackbooted heels and forge ahead with his wildly unpopular socialist agenda; or if hed play nice with others and tack center ( la Bill Clinton in 94). Read the rest of this entry »

Another Failed Presidency

Barack Obama is on track to have the most spectacularly failed presidency since Woodrow Wilson. In the modern era, we’ve seen several failed presidencies–led by Jimmy Carter and LBJ. Failed presidents have one strong common trait– they are repudiated, in the vernacular, spat out.
Of course, LBJ wisely took the exit ramp early, avoiding a shove into oncoming traffic by his own party. Richard Nixon indeed resigned in disgrace, yet his reputation as a statesman has been partially restored by his triumphant overture to China. Read the rest of this entry »

Physican concerns with Health Care Bill

July 23, 2009

Senator

As a practicing physician I have major concerns with the health care bill before Congress. I actually have read the bill and am shocked by the brazenness of the government’s proposed involvement in the  patient-physician relationship. The very idea that the government will dictate and ration patient care is dangerous and certainly not helpful in designing a health care system that works for all. Every physician I work with agrees that we need to fix our health care system, but the proposed bills currently making their way through congress will be a disaster if passed.

I ask you respectfully and as a patriotic American to look at the following troubling lines that I have read in the bill. You cannot possibly believe that these proposals are in the best interests of the country and our fellow citizens..

Page 22 of the HC Bill: Mandates that the Govt will audit books of all employers that self-insure!!

Page 30 Sec 123 of HC bill: THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get.

Republican Response to Concerned Constituents on Heath Care.

Thank you for contacting me regarding healthcare reform and HR 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act. I appreciate hearing from you and having the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

Everyone agrees that our healthcare system needs to be reformed. Health care in America is too expensive and too many Idaho families are worried about losing or have already lost their health coverage. However, I have major concerns with HR 3962, which will raise Americans’ taxes, create a massive new entitlement program and do little to address the problems in our current health system. The frightening reality for the American taxpayer and anyone who will need health care in the future is that the Democrats are hiding the true costs of these bills and doing so in ways that will be disastrous to our nation’s long-term fiscal health. Democratic Response to Concerned Constituents on Heath Care.

Dear

Thank you for writing me to share your thoughts on health care reform.  It is good to hear from you.

I believe that health care reform is one of the most critical issues facing our nation.  Our current health care system is unstable and unsustainable. Too many people do not have health care coverage and many of those who have coverage are worried about losing it in this uncertain economy.  Businesses and families are finding it harder and harder to deal with increasing health care premiums. Roman Economics

In recent months, we have seen numerous comparisons made between our country’s current economic crisis and The Great Depression. Unfortunately, I believe these comparisons are too narrow in their historical scope and discount the scale and the urgency of the situation we face as a nation today.

While the lessons of The Great Depression should never be forgotten, a more appropriate comparison to the United States today is the economic mismanagement that caused the downfall of the Roman Empire. Like Rome after the death of Augustus in A.D. 14, the United States today faces the serious combination of slowing economic growth and mounting government liabilities. Read the rest of this entry »

Redefining Polarization in the Health Care Debate

For the last several years the Democrats repeatedly pointed out that the atmosphere in DC was the most polarized it had ever been. There was a lack of civility and the overall tone in Washington had worsened. They blamed this worsening tone, lack of civility and polarized atmosphere on the Republicans. Yet despite this polarization, Medicare reform and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were passed with bi-partisan support. Read the rest of this entry »
